the accommodation was very clean with everything we needed. all the staff we met were friendly and couldn't do more to help. the restaurant team managed a table of 26 for an evening meal and provided excellent service. the food was beautiful too.

the only thing that bothered ME slightly was that the television downstairs was broken , so it made it HARD to relax in the evening.

the spacious four bedroom wooden lodge was a great surprise. bedding, towels, and robes looked clean. the fully equipped kitchen made self-catering easy. i found the hot tub lovely, and access to all facilities was simple.

the lodge decking lacked solid fencing and had large gaps. this meant our dogs and children could wander onto the road if unsupervised! i found that very concerning.

The apartment was not cleaned WELL. there were dead flies inside the window and spiders throughout the apartment. the bathroom had a broken bath plug, and the toilet flusher was not working. I found a strange stain on the sofa.
