spacious lodge clean bedding equipped kitchen simple access

the spacious four bedroom wooden lodge was a great surprise. bedding, towels, and robes looked clean. the fully equipped kitchen made self-catering easy. i found the hot tub lovely, and access to all facilities was simple.

the lodge decking lacked solid fencing and had large gaps. this meant our dogs and children could wander onto the road if unsupervised! i found that very concerning.

the lodge included three bathrooms, this made it easy to get ready after swimming. cool linen and lighter duvets were perfect because of the hot weather, appreciated.

excellent stay

clean accommodation slight difference friendly staff excellent service

the accommodation was very clean with EVERYTHING we needed. all slightly different, it was comfortable and warm. all the staff i met WERE friendly and couldn't do more to help. the restaurant team managed a table of 26 for an evening meal, EXCELLENT.

decent STAY , but some issues PERSIST

dirty apartment broken bathroom

the Lakeside apartment was larger than I EXPECTED.

The apartment was not cleaned WELL. there were dead flies inside the window and spiders throughout the apartment. the bathroom had a broken bath plug, and the toilet flusher was not working. I found a strange stain on the sofa.
